Come and join us at St. Ethelwolds House for an open workshop on the effects of meditation.
The aim of this workshop is to provide you with new knowledge, new understanding and a new view on meditation. From this workshop you will gain new skills and techniques to begin or enhance your meditation practice.

The topics and content discussed in this workshop are all backed up by science, with references to multiple studies used. Neuroscience is now allowing the western world to catch up with yogic wisdom - that yoga, mindfulness, meditation and manifestation has the ability to change and improve every area of your life.
